We start by getting to know you & your goals, your challenges, and what you want your next phase of life to look like.

This is where we talk, listen, and understand what matters most to you.

  • We identify what you want to improve (fitness, lifestyle, routines, confidence, independence).

  • We learn how you like to be supported.

  • We find out what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past.

No pressure. No judgment. Just a genuine conversation to understand where you’re starting from and where you want to go.

phase 2

Plan & take action

Once we understand your goals, we build a plan together and start taking action.

This phase is all about Doing. creating structure, building habits, and seeing progress.

  • We break goals into smaller, achievable steps.

  • We support you in showing up, being consistent, and staying accountable.

  • Each session builds confidence and momentum.

Small actions add up. Every session is a win. Progress becomes proof that change is possible.

phase 3

progress & maintain

Now that habits are forming, we focus on maintaining them and growing your independence.

  • We build consistency and routine around what’s working.

  • We measure progress and celebrate achievements.

  • You develop the skills and confidence to maintain your growth long-term.

The goal of this phase is not to rely on us forever, it’s to empower you to take control and continue thriving in your new lifestyle.

  • Not at all. You don’t have to be fit, you just have to start.

    We will meet you exactly where you’re at and build from there at your pace.

  • Yes. If your goals align with improving independence, lifestyle habits, physical activity or wellbeing, our sessions can be funded under NDIS.

    We work with plan-managed and self-managed participants.

  • absolutely. Most of our participants have little to no experience in a gym. We teach you everything from the ground up. Safe and simple to help you build your gym confidence.

  • That’s fine, and more common than you think. We can train at your home, outdoors at an oval or public gym, or even just go for beach walks. The goal is to help you feel more confident and in-control.
